A little something I did for to try and figure out how clothes would work on a species with a mouth on their stomach and an eye on their back. And this is what we came up with.

Most Egos have zippers on their clothes over their second mouths to allow for easy access in medical and other situations. Most shirts are low enough in the back to keep their third eye exposed but if it's not there's a clear plastic bubble sewn into the shirt which acts as a kind of impromptu contact lens to protect it. This means that Egos as a species have to be much more anal about their stat of dress and doing the laundry regularly
