While working on some game art for a book due out next month for the Mhar RPG, I was given the task of drawing a picture illustrating some of the new archetypes for the game. To balance the rather frightening appearance of the Witch-Hunter I decided to do a jester type for the gnome mummer (since jester is a valid variant of the archetype in the rules). To balance out the males in the illustration I though making her female might be fun since you don't see that many female gnomes. Perhaps it was inspired in part of an earlier picture I did of Giddy in a jester get-up. As a final touch, I figured the one thing any female jester needed is the Anime circus hammer , that cartoon tool of choice for any descriminating girl.

Okay, a little late for April Fool's but hey, it's still April.
