The International House of Raffles (or IHOR) is a group dedicated to the collection and dissemination of information pertaining to free art opportunities to all those who would be interested. Users can submit raffle information to an automated form and the group's journal will be updated on a semi-regular basis with new information and links to raffles, contests, and the like.
