a lot of people have changed the resoultion of thier drawings making it look more vibrant. how in the world do you do that? i think my pics would look better! in other neeews. awesome artwork like always. i like this new wardrobe change. your artworks getting better

Resolution, eh....If you mean how my lineart looks thin, that's usually cuz My original pics are freakin' huge, then I resize the document to roughly 20-30%. Unless you meant somethin' else. XD

*hugs back* no problemo, youkai. what ment was your picture looks so bright, how do you do that? my pics looks boring and dull. and the resize pic thing is a good idea. could you give me exact numbers of what size you start with and what size you resize them at?

Hmmmm...maybe it's the choice of colors for the background/Characters in general. XD

Usualy, I would set the scanner resolution to 300 DPI. (Well, it depends for what scanner you use. Sometimes too much DPI= Lots-o-lagging)
The original file size was 1830 x 3009 inches, but I shrunk the image down to roughly 25%. (I changed the canvas size to fit the bio.)

Yepyep, camouflage ish cool.
Youkai's very first design actually had camouflage pants, but they were dropped out in the later designs due to lazyness in coloring. (The camos were influenced by Chaud Blaze's (from the Megaman NT Warrior series) design.)

Very interesting character. My friend soung pointed me to this, saying something about a person like Youkai being his character Xavier's girlfriend. It's very well drawn and those details tell me a lot about the character.
