Teehee...I love the way you draw all the mounds of fat! I also draw from and try to make things look the way they do irl.
You do a really good job of showing how arms and legs "shorten up" and lose range of motion with all the tubbyness pounded on. And it's really cool that you left the bones in.

Lol yeah, I find it easier to draw just freehand when I'm doing my characters at-size, but need to use bones when they get hyper-fat. I lose touch with realistic proportioning when they're covered in the soft, luxurious wobbly stuff.
And out of all the things I learned how to do in college, doing bones is the thing I sucked the most at. Still do :(
