I'd always used to use Clefairy or another pokemon in battles and use Metronome just to see what I would get.

I got some pretty cool attacks most of the time.

I love Metronome. My friend bred a Snorlax with it on Diamond, and got Explosion once.

Clrly, not as kewl as teh Mudkipz. For starters, they start with some pretty lame-ass attacks like Moonbeam and Sing. Then add to the fact that Metronome, being a pokemon move randomizer attack, can sometimes even reproduce the LAME attacks, could end up doing more butthurt than good. Take, for example, if Clefairy-ass reproduced the Voltorb attack Self-Destruct....

Then again, a Clefary spontaneously EXPLODING and taking the other pokemon with it is kinda fucking funny XD

I still like Clefaries, though.

That acually happened to me during a battle with the Ghost Elite on Ruby or Emerald (can't remember). I was like WTF?!? Isn't there something to prevent that?! Because of that, I had to start over to train it, again.
