Sorry, but I kinda find it hard to believe either way. On one hand, this is INCREDIBLE. I personally think it's the real thing. I'm utterly fascinated by this video. I honestly don't think it's faked.

Considering they didn't pull the camera back very far, it is entirely possible that the dog is just lying at an angle so that only its head can be seen. Of course, it would have to be either tied down or drugged, and they're doing shit like putting pure citric acid on the poor thing's nose, so either way it's cruel.
