I mentioned this under :iconJim55"'s submission, but I just wanted to put it here too.
I rather like Cragg's design. It's actually possible to mistake him for a hero upon first glance, thanks to how his uniform looks. It's not until you take in what's going on with the scenes that it clicks he's the bad one in events. That's a nice touch for a character of the villain sort.
Looking forward to seeing more of him. It's fun picturing how an encounter between he and Ichi-gou would go.

Worse mistakes have happened, of course. Hitting Enter instead of the apostrophe while using AIM can result in some funny stuff.
