I never really fish in real life. but in my mind. i imagine what it would be like to just get up and go fishing on some alien planet and go fishing just to see what i find in their waters you know? just get an old rod off my dad and his tackle box. see what the locals use for bait and just go freaking fishing for a few hours as the ships (yeah space ships son) come to land in the near by port.
oh and that ship is a Lagoona by the way. a living mechanical race in the form or gigantic ships that love nothing more than to travel and use the crews that they create and collect from other races on the way.
all done in photoshop with my Wacom Intuos 4. took about five hours. a pretty long time for me really
its just another one of my scenes with flowers blue skies and random fantasy sci fi stuff. one of my nicer dreams i see from time to time but for once no super structures like cities and towers. my fave aspec of this drawing is the colour ranges i made. i LOVE the waves man ;v;
