Took the ink from http://neondragonart.com/dp/ ~a section where all of us have the right to take pictures and color them for practices as long as we give credit. Looks like it didn't turn out how it suppose to be.

Oh, this sea serpent seems to smile. But I don't know if it's good, it has this feral feeling out of it. ^'==='^;
