I had to completely gut the head, replace the jaw cup it had, move the teeth towards the front, put new hinges and elastic, move the eyes and add new mesh, dremel the tear ducts larger because it had horrible vision, put in new eye lids, stabilize the ears, cut the nostrils out on the nose for ventilation, reinforce the left side of the muzzle on both the inside and outside because it was paper thin, actually tack the led wires down so they aren't free hanging, repaint the nose, fur in the ears a little bit, mark out the markings and fur the face, and do general finishing work. and touch up the ears. I have also padded the face a bit to make him actually have cheeks and make the nose look like it fits on there.
Originally I was just refuring the face. I could had just furred the face like I was paid to but after I started getting to the under structure and tried it on I had to fix the rest too. Otherwise my hard work would had just been like pushing the dirt under a carpet and I would had felt bad :C.

I had a similar experience, I was just going to refur the face but it needed structural help, the mouth was a mess, and the ears were totally redone! There was more but I'm not gonna go into detail :P
You did an amazing job though. Your work is always so smooth and pleasing to look at :) Will totally recommend you to people looking for refurbishes.

It really is :3 I like how you made the colours more vibrant in the facial area! I was going to ask you if it's hard adding lots of colours in one area? I have two different ones on my face/suit as you can see on my icon ^^ But would a rainbow theme be hard to do?
