Yes, that's probably it. I'm also wondering about heights, I guess my perspective is OK here, I think that Sunny is actually a little taller than Wind.

I think it's OK, I've always pictured Sunny being about 5' 8", so slightly taller. I must've had Wind standing on a box in that first cartoon, though :P
