I was watching some old Disney comics I had in my attic when I found this old story about a challenge between Ludwig Von Drake and Gyro Gearloose, two of my fav Disney characters.
In many Disney comics I once read Gyro and Ludwig had always had a rivalry between them; Ludwig always saw Gyro as nothing more than a "vulgar mechanic" while on the other hand Gyro always saw Ludwig as a "crazy philosopher".
Sometimes this rivalry was actually transformed into a real competition between the.
And so the idea hit me! How about a muscle growth contest?!
Gyro obviously has created a technological device (the ring he is wearing) that is basically an extra powerful electronic muscle stimulation unit. Since he is taller than Ludwig he also has an extra advantage.
But Ludwig is not going down easily since he has uncovered an ancient scroll with a magical ritual that is infusing him the mighty of Hercules.
As you can see as a part of the ritual he is wearing a lion's skin (I tough that for someone reason it would have looked cool.
So in the end the contest is something like magic vs science! Sorry for the lack of shadows but I wasn't in the mood for it.
