Gah he's so adorable. I had nothing better to do so I decided to post a character I was working on to add to one of my stories. I have a secret love for these dogs like you wouldn't believe.
Anyway, this is Zhu Dao. He's a near-sighted chinese crested who likes to wear skirts to hide his legs. (He doesn't like how pants feel.) He's pretty quiet but good company to those around him.

Really quite sad since a google search instantly pulls up some of the prettiest photos of them within the first results. Then again not many people bother to look them up for anything other than "ugly dog" photos.
^_^ oh there will certainly be more art of him. I tend to draw a bit of character interaction before characters actually appear to get better feel so I'll be sure to upload them.

*chuckles* The hairless version of him could almost pass for a "50 years from now" aged photo, heh. Neat looking character - I like the idea of wearing the traditional skirt too, very sexy, and from a footpaw point of view, all the more teasing to see his toes occasionally poking out. :3
Haha yeah XD felt weird drawing that one with him being rather young, but it was kinda important considering that hair isn't connected to the rest. Glad you like he's choice of clothing as well. Hehe noting his breed, his paws would be a tease simply with the fur dangling from around his heels XD They are like mini skirts for his feet.
