ya, they do, although I'm not sure what you're going for exactly. My guess would be a rabbit, but doing a quick search and rabbits and roos seem to have very similar ears.
Now, if it is a roo, then I think you've got spot on, I would just recommend down-sizing the thickness of the ears, that way they don't look super thick when furred.
