well for some reason that whole "X all of the Y" meme was in my head, and I wanted to hop on this bandwagon http://derpibooru.org/tags/twilight+scepter before it got too old (well I'm sure some people were tired of it after the first day, but I'm still slightly amused by it's design and the permutations) so this popped out.
Rest assured there are a few uploads pending that are more in line to what you've come to expect (insert joke about red & blue borders here). hopefully tomorrow or Friday when everyone's off.

heh, well speaking of his propensity for getting slugged, Stheno isn't really a masochist; just saying as his ability to create powerful beings vastly outstrips his ability to control them, one could get that impression. However He is incredibly resilient due an innate ability to harden his body in response to physical trauma ( nanomachines son! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fu1e9KsnMnA I may have linked this before, but I think I just enjoy senator Armstrong's version of diamond/iron skin ability because it sort of makes sense from a sci-fi perspective, plus I kind of like how his coarse and brutish nature contrast against the lawyer stereotype, like an evil version of Mike Haggar). Almost a kind of necessary trade off to somewhat balance against the other spectrum of "bastard protagonist" with the powerful mind control thing to keep their specimens in line (like 
chaoscroc for example).
Also another factoid is I imagine that his front tooth is actually WAY harder than any other part, but is also the most brittle (similar to how a giant diamond can shatter like glass from something like a hammer blow despite being much harder than the hammer)
I'm mostly rambling cause it's on my mind and I rarely write things like this down outside of responses. anyways yeah I guess that would be a pretty cool item to have around. definitely a simple and fun plot device to throw around. Maybe all the scepters have different effects since there are at least 30 of them now XD

Heh, your response almost makes me wish I had added some body hair/beastly hair tufts, but I was trying to get through these pretty quick and it does show in an area or two compared to some of my other shops.
