Yes, the second bud wa post after the deadline, when i see that ly message wasn't a answeer to the Hoagiebot one.
In fact, FA isn't able to show seconds when ou post a comment (it only andle hours and minutes), so, you can bid one minute more than the chosen schedule (here, 10:00:59 PM = 10:00 PM for FA)
If you know a website that automatycl clos the auction after the deadline, it's maybe a better place.
