As my latest 'sweeps month' (November, 2013) begins to wind down, here's an apropos "EFF" ("Extraordinarily Fat Furries") comic gag for Thanksgiving...
(Extra-Large) Lions, (tubby) tigers, and (burly) bears... Oh my! Gathered around this Thanksgiving dinner table is a menagerie of massive mammals (specifically [clockwise from upper left], a bear, a lion, a tiger, an [off-panel] elephant, a fox, a leopard, a skunk, and a rabbit). Of course, I didn't make each animal too fat, otherwise there would be no room for the food in the picture! The lion gets to say "Grace" before this holiday meal begins...
And to all "FA" members - especially those of you who specialize in 'fat furry' art - may you enjoy this special day to the fullest (even if Thanksgiving isn't celebrated in your country)!

Always good to see a furry that enjoys his food, yes? Though I suspect the lion had best "prey" quickly, or the elephant just might sneak some cranberry sauce...
Looks good as ever, Rob! The stickler in me wants to point out that you've got the place setting reversed and incomplete, mind, but it's a great work of fat, furry art all the same.

I was tempted to have the bear (to the lion's right; our left) open his left eye, to stare at the cooked turkey, but I didn't want to go overboard with the artwork...
As for the place settings... Alright, so I ain't Martha Stewart! I knew that I'd left out the napkins and spoons, and the rest of the silverware was in the wrong position. Grant me a little 'artistic license', will ya?!
Seriously, thanks for the comment, wanderwolf.

On this, the week of Thanksgiving, 2014, I'd decided to revamp the artwork, with the bear's left eye open, after all. But I'm still not going to alter the place settings for all of the guests. I'll just suggest that they are all 'southpaws' - using left-handed utensils - and wiping their respective mouths with the backs of their paws!
