They should call it a Wine Wasting instead. If you aren't drinking it, then there is no reason to put that 'orrible stuff in your mouth to begin with. Let's not pretend that it tastes good.

haha I'm assuming you actually do swallow it at wine tastings, the whole "you're not supposed to swallow the wine!" is a dumb joke from something else I think.
