Sketches of a cybernetic deer. Designing things is always fun and iterating over them in this "draw-over-same-pose" fashion is nice and efficient.

So, the idea behind Lambda is that she (and Mu) are supposed to be part of this....experimental platoon of cybernetic animals, with Lambda having a sort of squad leader role: collecting and relaying tactical info.
So, the notes for her design were:

* Face-covering mask, with a slit-like “eye”.
* Body covered in soft/sleek form-following armour (i.e not armour plates.)
* Illuminated Lambda symbol near the shoulder, on both sides.
* Dark socks over feet.
* Drone pod and …..radar array? parabolic antennae? antennae array? on back.

Still not sure what that thing on her rump should be…something based on real-world (parabolic) antennae looks flimsy, but those wing-like appendages, more appealing as they might be, are hard to justify. Grrr.


Also, for the record, there really isn't much of a story with those two characters (well there was, but I scrapped it), they're just something for when I feel like drawing cybernetic animals.
