Loving the slight change in outfits each time we see them. Is that in reference to their gear upgrading as they adventure?

Only slight upgrades here and there, but the armor is the same. Shelur has Glamour on hers though. Elyat has a simple coat with enchantments and Glamour on it as armor clashes with her monk AC.

Oh that is a clever way to get around the monk class penalty limitation on wearing armor. Did it take much convincing with your DM to allow that or were they ok with it from the beginning concept? And does Elyat's weapon have Ki focus or do you find that enchantment is a waste?

Weapon does not have Ki Focus but I haven't ruled it out yet. It was fine to give her a coat as quite a few vests and robes have some kind of bonus to AC

sounds good. is the weapon she uses able to be used with flurry of blows though?

Sadly no but having Power Attack & Vital Strike with it, plus her strength bonus from orc and half-fiend make her attacks with it pretty deadly
