I've been absent again. In my defence, I've written a novel-lenght story in the past three and a half months, which has kept me pretty busy. Today I've taken a break from writing and among other things decided to do some drawing. This is a Christmas present for a dear friend, based on one on his photos. I think this is a male king parrot, but do correct me if I'm wrong. Apparently these parrots like to hang out in my friend's apple trees and he can't bring himself to net the trees.
