interesting take on the physiology; the torso is well done, as is her arms and tail:) I don't normally go for pecfins on the arms, but each artist is different and I respect that:) the face is an interesting take on a human/phin hybrid with the nostrils in the beak and the hair, but still a very intricate bit of work; I'm glad to see you expanding into us cetacean types:)
Thanks very much! :D Her design is actually based off of one I made a few years ago, and I decided to redraw her character. It is interesting working with cetaceans, since their body structure is so much different from any other animal, and to make her more like my other anthros, I wanted to give her hair. So I played with her structure a bit before I found something that I liked.
I look forward to making more dolphins and some of the not-so-common species in the future! <3

you're very welcome:)
if I may make a constructive critique, it seems as though the beak/face juncture has a very sharp angle to it, as you said, we seem to have a rather interesting physiology compared to most anthros. what wuld you think about trying to maybe make her face around her eyes more in line with the angle of the beak? she is your character, I just found that strong angle of deflection a unique choice, never seen it done like that before:)
hair seems to be a yes or no kinda thing; I personally prefer bald, but her hair is very nie in this image as well:)
