mcclaw produced a challenge packet for me for this image. He proffered a bag full of cube dice and asked me to pick any four I wanted. On the surfaces of the dice were simple iconic pictures that could be interpreted in whatever way you wished in whatever context related to the other dice with the caveat that they all should in some way be combined to a cohesive whole. For those curious what the cube images were that suggested this picture (c'mon now, isn't it OBVIOUS?), it was: #1) The world #2) Flames of oblivion #3) Demonic shadows, and #4) A bridge between two places.

Don't ask me how I translated that into a statement about ferrets standing on the brink of order and chaos with peril left in their wake and the promise of randomness spreading across all they pass into.
