A beautiful slugbug moved in nextcave. Wanting to show myself to be a friendly sort of dragon, I did the traditional neighborly thing and brought her a lovely colorful fruit basket. Full of fruit. In a basket.
The slugbug was so delighted, she invited me to stay for dinner. Of course, I could hardly say no to such a pretty bug-thing. Then I literally couldn't say no when she grabbed me and started drooling slimy goo all over me.
She says it's an important dinnertime ritual for her species, that it aids in swallowing and digestion of the dinner.
Well, I can't really argue with that. When in Rome!
