(Because FA hates my massive images, ***FULLSIZE VERSION HERE***
So, remember when somebody went and drew this? Well I finally finished my half of the art trade for that, which is what you're looking at now.
So for my half of the art-trade with Rot, I wanted to do something for his Mass-Effect webcomic Divine Vs. Demonic. One character pinup felt like it wasn't quite good enough, given that Rot has done some pretty awesome work for me before, so I went the extra mile and put together a group shot.
From left to right:
-Voshk
-Nelphi
-Grix
-Ayllana
Why this? Well what I was initially going for was something of a poster-style image, something along the lines of those ones you see in the Left 4 Dead loading screens that parody the old Zombie movie posters. But since I am lazy as hell, I didn't bother with the text, mostly because (A) this was hard enough already without extra work being tossed in, and (B) I couldn't thnk of a lame/funny enough pun to make it work.
Before you point it out, 1. Yes, I know I made Grix way too skinny and dissproportionate. I immediately regretted doing that once the lines were done.
2. Please do not look too hard at Nelphi, especially the hands and legs. Dear human anatomy, fuck you. Sincerely, every artist ever.
I really wish I'd done some proper shading for this, maybe given the Quarian armour and Nelphi's skirt that nice "shine" effect like Rot always does, but at the end of the day, this piece was jam-packed with so much detail I don't think I could squeeze any more in if I tried.
Rot, you're a far better artist than I, and I sincerely apologise for the massive delay here. I hope this is good enough to make up for that. Your comics are excellent and truly under-rated.
