Is it too big or too small? I could add foam to make it smaller, big bigger isnt really possible.

yea it needs to be bigger and a little bit cheaper (free to be honest or maybe $3 lol) but the suit is perfect I really like it

Like I said Its very easy to take in. I wore it and im only like 115 pounds, its baggy but no big deal. Unless you mean height wise, I dont think you could go super short with this style of suit.
