Tomei is a Kitsune that helps people and Yokai find their way to the secret Forest Castle's Festival. She uses her magical paper fan and lantern to clear the path and make it easy to follow, she can also conceal the path and cause confusion to those she finds unworthy. She can also use her fan to blow an offender down the wooded mountain. She really is a kind hearted Kitsune, and just loves to party at the festival.

Design note: This artwork was used as the staff badge at A-kon 24, and featured different mons and colors in the background for the different staff departments.
