Random inspiration struck upon the idea of the WWII-esque soldiers from the Barklies unit. A fox for a pointman and a heavy weapons cougar manning the HMG. Up for suggestions on what other animals I should include in the unit. Still need a couple sub-machine gunners, another rifleman, and a captain.

Oh dang good point, except I'm only trying to avoid any real world national reference though as I only want the props and characters to be WWII Referenced, the actual politics and nations will be complete fantasy, so you can't expect the German Sheppard to represent a unit of the weirmacht as convenient as that would be. ^^
Originally inspired by your 100 themes, the fox was going to be his own drawing, sitting amidst a heap of rubble and ruined HMG Emplacements, having rushed and succeeded over the heavily defended enemy hardpoint when he could have been torn to pieces, he represents "Fortitude"
