OK, so this guy's look is based soley off of Sabaku no Gaara, of Naruto fame. Love the look, and I wanted a character like it for my story, which will be uploaded at a later time, when it's a bit closer to done.
Anyway! he is a racoon, obviously, and he controls the wind.
His physical techniques leave a bit to be desired, but his various "Aerology" moves make up for it. Statistical breakdown as follows:

for someone his age? hell yeah he is! not sure about comparing him to someone like Orochimaru though...so he has his limits...
it is said that Kabuto is at least as strong as Kakashi....and knowing that Kakashi is one of if not the strongest Jonin in Konoha, i'd say that makes Kabut a very very worthy opponent.
