Decided to try my hand at animating and always kinda wanted a blinking Tort eye. Surprisingly I managed to do it xD Didn't realize I could ever animate anything haha

This is for my DA account use only. I like the icon I have here. Though it is not mine, nor my character running in it, it is easy to think it is Tort with how similar to everything it is xD
