Mmph... I don't want to explain this one. It would take to long. But let me just say this:

What he holds in his hand is an entire dimension. Not a galaxy or a universe. It is the entire existence of limitless space, countless souls, with it's own timeline that he can manipulate at will. A source of power that is unrivaled. Any being who controls all of that is a God... But why is he holding it? How did he come to posses something so precious? The story is tragic... and the result scars him for all time.
