A few years ago a college nearby had a summer class for 3D modeling and animation. I took it but don't think I'll be able to remember how to use the 3Dmax software they used. I was off my meds that summer, so I don't remember much.

i rarely use 3dsmax myself :P this is just some simple freeware program i found a long time ago.

I will never be able to afford 3Dmax anyways. Or photoshop for that matter. I do, however, have the computer to run some of the most intensive programs out there. I recently upgraded to SSD and love the speed. Now my current setup is an intel core i7 at 3.8ghz, 120gb SSD, nvidia GTX 465, 12GB RAM, and two monitors. After I got the dual monitor setup, I will NOT go back to a single monitor I'm addicted to the extra speed it gives me when I'm doing work.

meanwhile, im still using a 5 year old laptop :P i wish i could afford a computer as high of specs as that ^^'

I convinced my parents that it was a learning experience for me. They paid for half of it and I paid for the rest. They later got macbook pros and think they've got the fastest computers in the house. They know I outspec them but they don't know that I have an average of 30 tabs open (not exaggerating), an RC simulator that hogs CPU/GPU cycles, and a few other programs running at the same time with absolutely no lag. Sometime soon I need to upgrade my ram though. I have it at 84% full right now. I need to learn how to manage my tabs a little better, too.
