The elusive Alopex constrictor foxii (Arctic Blue Racer Snox)
It took time and lots of image searching to figure this species out. The greatest problem was how to chimerize a floofy tail, but still keep the overall reptilian structure (without it looking too silly)

Character's name is Farn: reference to a character in an obscure manga as well as rough acronym of the species (Fox ARctic Naga)
