This is one of the earliest finished piece I ever did of Petina. It is from a time when I wasn't doing as large of ears on my mice as I do now. Petina is the only character of mine who knows she is creation of my subconscious and she abuses that knowledge sometimes. She is a bit of an exhibitionists and does not seem to be the least bother by her small size. She also claims she is the only character I have that has script immunity!
This piece was an interesting challenge since this was a camera I owned at the time, so I just took it out to the studio and set the tripod by my drawing table and used it as a prop. If you look in the camera lens you can see a shape of me in the reflection. Of course it is my coon avatar form.
This was also one of the first times I'd really tackled lingere so I was uncertain what my success would be. Especially with the stocking and garters. In the end it was not a bad piece, and Petina wants to revisit the concept sometime in the future. Show off. Image size 14"x 11". Medium color pencil, gouache, some marker and micron pen.

Chris Achilleos was a favorite artist of mine back in high school, I remember that pic from a book of his that I had.

Heh, it's a nice picture. I see another way you could have gone with it though, she could have been doing a self portrait. Considering most of your other work I can see why you did not go that way, but then I can also see why you would. Bleh, I don't like being recursive. Anyhow yes it is definitely a nice piece, I'd say that you definitely didn't have a very reflective lens considering how shadowy your reflection is on the lens.
