I've actually replaced (upgraded, really) my PS3's HDD so I have roughly 4 times the drive space. It's far easier than one would think too.

I had the opposite of this. My laptop suddenly froze and then the screen went black... because someone walked past and tripped on the cable enough to pull it out. Battery was low so it did a quick-shutdown when I thought it had crashed
