Thank you! I figured FA was sorely lacking in old audio equipment ;)
This specific model only has lights for back-lighting the tuner and the signal meters, plus the "locked," "stereo," and "tuned" indicators. Here is the model I have (not my photo). The mark II version(also not my photo) has some extra illumination, though, so you may be thinking of that.
