I was inspired by the gallery from http://www.pictimes.com/gallery.html
to make a pic in this style with a slightly different pose and of course, with no other pikachu other than Puzzy ^_^
This was painstaking to do, in fact I haven't worked this hard getting the details correct since my December vector drawings O_o, so this naturally took me several more hours to do. No, this wasn't done by vectors, it was sketched and illustrated in Photoshop and no line tool was used either.
The bg, I tried to improvise using that much style as I could, but I still wish I knew how to blend the colors of the background as well as that artist, but oh well T_T

Well, I'd say--it's quite the remarkable pic, and extremely cute as well~! x3 I checked out the site, and saw what you meant. DEFINITELY a cute site I'll have to keep my eyes on. You keep up with your artwork, and great job--I know drawing without lines can be pretty tough. You did an excellent job, so... keep it up, pichu! =3
In particular the shadow right at the start of his arm, where its fuzzy and blended only slightly with the grass then goes into a heavy color reminds me a lot of Kemono shadings, its very nice, even if it is a small part of the picture.
As for the rest of this, Im significantly impressed l:3 Strange how much faster your work seems to grow when you've got someone to love, huhm?
