PROBABLY has a bunch of bugs and stuff, also you can full screen it with download 'cause I added a "skip loading" button to bypass the whole infinite loading thing

Hmmmmm, I'm not sure really, I guess it would just depend on how complicated the character was or if they wanted me to add anything to the flash code-wise
For just a reskin, hmmmm....I MIGHT say something like $40-60 depending on how complicated the character was, and that would include changing the background colors/texture
But it'd get a little higher if the commissioner wanted me to add anything else, since it takes some commitment to make everything else work with something new
