The guns are coil-guns or Gauss-guns, the barrel diffusion is from plasma build up.

She is Transgender, she was once a boy but when they got there cyber-frame they opted up for a more curvy female shape is all.~

Actually the pose was her originally holding my one katana, but I though the guns would be better! Though her outfit is inspired by lucian and the reporter lady from deus-ex. <3
