Quality can always be a bit of an issue with these things.
What you might be best off doing, is rendering the animation as a series of still images and then putting it together in Flash or whatever.
For the ultimate preservation of quality, I'd advise uploading to a site called "P3D.in", it supports 3D models a bit better than FA, can always provide a link in the description.
As for the model, lookin' good! I think I prefer this version however.
