Wha the lash? Dear god my concept for this universe has advanced so much since then....
Basically, energy prod+club+Cat on nine tails.
the hibnd end serves as a Taser, the fore end can be a club, or sprout thin metallic elements which can extend to several feet and carry an electric current.
