now this is American trucking...a Mack B-61 cruising down the Highway, McDonald Cheeseburger in one hand, holding the steering wheel with the other. the 1950's were a special decade.
I do not ACTUALLY own this semi. this Mack is from the following link: http://www.rrpicturearchives.net/pi.....4-12%20084.jpg

not sure, I know there are still a few A model Macks here, plus the museum I am at has an old AB Mack on display. Some companies are actually restoring and rostering B models to their active fleet for local work, since they are mobile advertising XD Here is an Australian B model hard at work back in the 60s (one of the few with integrated sleeper cab) http://www.commercialmotor.com/Medi.....01957%20LR.jpg
Western transport (largest private transport company in southern Hemisphere 1934-1972) had a fleet of a few hundred of them http://westerntransportmuseum.com/i...../8_34large.jpg , http://westerntransportmuseum.com/i.....y/1_WT4001.jpg , http://westerntransportmuseum.com/i.....BIGTIME030.jpg , http://westerntransportmuseum.com/i.....BIGTIME032.jpg
We are also a hold out for R and F models, the Australian only FR model (Fibreglass F model cab on R model Chassis), Superliner (including 16 special limited edition Superliners in 1988) and Valueliner (Australia only)
I have many interesting photos over at my DA page here > http://redtailfox.deviantart.com/
