Throwback, a superhero who was locked up for being too dangerous. He joined the Time Fuzz because it beat staring at the walls of a cell for the rest of his life. He has Energy Absorption and redistribution powers, and because he sucks up the very heart from the air, his cells don't break down as fast as others, so he's actually a few hundred years old.
