I definitely got this from listening to podcasts

This is great! I have been writing a lot about our "Culture of Shame" recently, glad to see the ideals surfacing among the artistic community.
It's true, just about everything we do, choices we make, and even things we do that we have no control over, is shame. Shame is the networking of control that we have allowed ourselves to succumb to. When in reality I feel that many of us have evolved past it's effectiveness as a tool for controlling people's routine, spending habits, and moral compass.

Ha ha I feel ashamed that I don't have something substantive to say in response to this. Dang it! Thanks though.

youre not a muppet

One time I had explain what a muppet is to a Chinese dude, and all I had was "it's like a puppet" and then "just look it up on the internet."

I was in my apartments elevator today and it was packed and I kind of felt bad about breathing. Good lord~

I can't overemphasize how important it is that you don't give in to that feeling, aright. It is super important!

But what if I breath too loud!

This sort of suggest you need acceptance. You freak. Makes me feel dirty following you.
