This is actually Omega's final form, commonly referred to as Omega Zero, the end boss of Mega Man Zero 3 and a secret boss in Mega Man ZX

Alternatively known as 'Original Zero', this is actually the original form of Omega, or rather, the conscience of Omega that was made for Zero's original body when Weil stole it, doubled with the power of the Dark Elf reawakens what Zero was originally made to be: The God of Destruction.

In game, he is much like Kakusei (Awakened/Maverick) Zero, possessing a wider array of attacks. In addition to a more pronounced color scheme, Omega uses Zero's X-era attacks, which includes the Double Charge Shots, the Rekkoha and Rakuhouha, Zero's X6 and X4 Giga Crushes, respectively. He also possesses the O-Saber, a pink-colored version of the Z-Saber which could be seen as the Shippuga from X4, which was a purple-colored Z-Saber that could destroy enemy shots. However, his most deadly move in the game is Shungokusatsu, named after Gouki's signature attack where he dashes towards the opponent REAL quick and lets out a relentless 7-hit combo that cannot be interrupted or escaped from.

In Mega Man ZX, the player can fight a remnant of Omega as a boss and can obtain Model O which allows replicates Omega's appearance and abilities completely
