My half of a trade with 
jake-autumn, who wanted his character Gloucester testing some strange goo he'd invented on Chaz GELF, with the unfortunate side effect of making Chaz very drunk.
The goo itself is reverse engineered from that pink slime in Ghostbusters 2, Gloucester modified it so that instead of amplifying the mood of someone exposed to it, it just makes them totally sloshed instead.
Why's Chaz wearing no clothes? Well, Gloucester said that the goo needed to make direct contact with the test participant's skin in order to have any effect. But wait, you say, Chaz wears sandals, as soon as it touches his feet he'd be drunk! Well... this isn't the first time Gloucester's made Chaz's clothes vanish.
