Glitches are a race of hyper advance robots built to simulate artificial society by an unknown precursor. But through a 'glitch' (thus their namesake), they've been stuck in a cultural and technological stasis within the Middle Ages.

Bloxus McCaan is a Glitch from his Homeworld of Cybon, on an epic journey to perform a interstellar pilgrimage throughout the galaxy for his heretic crimes against Her Lady and Imperatrix of Cybon. Along the way, he learns more about the galaxy all around him as he meets other space faring species beyond his own. Even a foreign race of Glitches with powers beyond his imagination!

Bloxus is the main character of an on going fanfic I'm writing, "Patching: A Glitches Journey". He's a sweet and kind robot if not a bit naive from being disconnected from the rest of the universe as a result to his race's inherent non-space-faring ways. He was prosecuted by the Inquisition of necromancy and is now tasked to perform a pilgrimage to the birthworld of his Glitch race to cleanse his soul.
