Another Wasteland pic (I'll come up with a proper name for this universe so there's no confusion over anything with a similar title). This one shows a member of the Old Guard, a well armed & supplied faction in the Wastelands. The Old Guard are the remnants of police & military authority before the urban sprawl was reduced to the Wasteland. The faction has the best supplies for pre-war weapons and technology, & matched for strength only by the Bimborgs.
