Right on! My dad plays cello. I'm... a lapsed clarinetist, at best, but music never really leaves you. I like drawing musicians.

I picked up an electric acoustic online and have been shredding around on that. Violins always came off to me as exceptionally beautiful instruments with a crazy wide range of sound. That said, everything looks great! The thumb on the neck of the violin is a little off but that was the only thing I saw. Seems like it could use a bit of shadow to put that bend into it.

Other than that, great!

That hand gave me so much trouble, man. I am not surprised it came out a little off. It still kinda bugs me.

Yeah, I agree that most of these would benefit from shading. But by the point I'd finished these, I'd done six sketch/flat-color requests that took about two hours each, so. That is definitely a point in the favor of "I am a lazyass," whiiich is no real excuse. :<

A helluva an effort tough. The rest of the hand is actually really good--you picked a hard angle! That said I completely understand. A sketch is just meant to get the motions down. :B
